Monday Night Dinner


My quest to master Japanese cooking continues with today's dinner of miso soup, baked salmon katsu, and glass noodle salad. Easy to make and delicious! I followed a recipe for the salmon that calls for baking rather than deep frying- but it came out crispy and delicious so I was very satisfied with the result. See links below for recipes I used.
